VERY RARE, BEAUTIFULLY FRAMED IN ARCHIVAL MATERIALS. This print has DOUBLE REMARQUE - 2 original works of art created individually on the print itself.
Lt. Col. Robert "Rosie" Rosenthal, one of the most decorated pilots in the 8th AF and a legend with the "Bloody One-Hundredth" Bomb Group. The B-17 that Rosie and his co-pilot, Winfrey Lewis, flew October 10, 1943, on a bombing mission over Munster, was the only plane in their entire group to return to their home base at Thorpe Abbotts on that tragic, fateful day.
This very rare print is only available in the secondary market. It is signed and numbered by the artist and Lt. Col. Robert "Rosie" Rosenthal.
